Our Apartments

All apartments are renovated, with large balcony facing the sea (south), very bright, and a few meters from the beach. In the same street there are supermarkets, pharmacy, medical dispensary and a wide variety of gastronomic offer.

The building consists of 2 floors, all the apartments have a similar configuration and the same equipment. On the second floor there is a communal laundry, and a shower area that our guests can use after check out, which allows them to spend the last day enjoying the beach or the mountains, being able to wash before returning home via the airport or port of Palma.

The rooftop has a photovoltaic system that covers 70% of the electricity consumption, on the other hand 100% of the energy consumed comes from renewable sources.
